What I do while you’re away
While you’re on a business trip, on holiday or away for longer, I drop by your flat or house on a regular basis. I check that all is well, water the plants, collect the mail and, if you like, switch on lights so the place doesn’t look empty. After every visit I send you a short update.

Price on request: send a short description or a photo and I’ll give you a firm price before I start — no surprises.
How long it takes
A single visit is usually short — from about half an hour to an hour, depending on how much there is to do.
Where and when I work
I work all over Latvia — where exactly depends on the job. If I need to travel further, travel may be included in the price.
I do this in my free time: weekends, early mornings, late evenings and nights.
Good to know
- Key hand-over and tasks are agreed clearly and in writing.
- If I notice anything unusual, such as a water leak, I’ll tell you straight away and we’ll agree what to do.
- Price on request — it depends on frequency and tasks.
FAQ
How does the key hand-over work?
We meet before you leave and I take the keys. When you’re back, I return them. Everything we agree is written down.
How often will you drop by?
As often as needed — more often if there are lots of plants, or in winter when the heating needs watching.
What happens if something goes wrong?
I’ll tell you right away. If urgent help is needed, for example a plumber, we’ll decide together who to call.
Can you look after a house outside Riga?
Yes, I work all over Latvia. If I need to travel further, travel and visit frequency may affect the price.
