A new TV, a router that “sort of works”, or a computer that’s gone slow? I come over, connect and set everything up, and show you how to use it — no jargon. I’m also happy to help older people who find new devices confusing.

Can you help older people with tech?
Yes, gladly. I’ll set up the device and calmly explain how to use it, as many times as needed.
Do you repair computers?
I don’t do hardware repairs, but I help with setup, updates and software. If you need a repair, I’ll point you to the right place.
Can you help with my provider’s router?
I can help with your home network and Wi-Fi settings. The connection itself is provided by your internet provider.
