Privacy Policy

1. Controller and contact

Controller: Trust In Rob (Latvia / EU). Services are provided by Roberts (ID: Robis).

For data questions or to exercise your rights, use the request form on the Contact page and mention that it is a privacy request.

2. What data we process

• Request form data: name, phone, selected service, message, preferred contact method, page language and address, submission time.
• Reply conversation: if you choose in the form to get my reply via a messaging app or phone — whatever you send or tell us there.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and request logs processed by our host Cloudflare for security.
• Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless, aggregated) and — only with your consent — Google Analytics.

3. How the request form works

When you submit the form, its contents are processed on a Cloudflare server and sent to Roberts by email (via Cloudflare Email Routing; if enabled, also as a Telegram notification) so he can reply. The form is protected from automated bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks the browser. The data is not used for advertising and is never sold.

4. Purposes and legal basis

• Replying to your request and agreeing a job — steps prior to a contract and performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Site security and operation — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Google Analytics — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Retention

Requests that do not turn into a job are kept for no longer than 12 months. Information related to completed jobs is kept as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting).

6. Recipients

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; in such cases GDPR safeguards are used (e.g. standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, cookieless analytics, form processing and email delivery, Turnstile bot protection.
• The email provider of Roberts’ inbox, where the form email is received.
• WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram — only if you choose in the form that I reply there; they have their own privacy policies.
• Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics, only if you consented.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
