Patient, one-to-one lessons at your own pace — so new tech becomes a help, not a headache.
What we can learn together
Setting up a device is one thing; learning to use it confidently yourself is another. This service is about learning: we sit down together with your phone, tablet or computer, and I show you step by step how to do the things you need every day. No rush, no jargon, and as many times as it takes. I teach seniors, families and small businesses. If a device still needs setting up, that’s a separate service — tech setup.

Price on request: send a short description or a photo and I’ll give you a firm price before I start — no surprises.
How long it takes
A session usually lasts from about an hour — long enough to learn something, short enough not to get tired. New skills stick best over a few sessions with a short break in between.
Where and when I work
I work all over Latvia — where exactly depends on the job. If I need to travel further, travel may be included in the price.
I do this in my free time: weekends, early mornings, late evenings and nights.
Good to know
- Only you enter passwords, PIN codes and eParaksts details — I don’t see or write them down.
- After a session I can leave a short cheat sheet with the key steps.
- I don’t represent any bank or authority — I help you understand how to use their services.

How is this different from tech setup?
In setup, I get the device ready. In training, the focus is you: we practise together until you can do it yourself.
Can you teach older people?
Yes, gladly. I work calmly and patiently, repeat things as often as needed and explain without jargon.
Do you help businesses adopt AI?
Yes, small businesses. My day job is in artificial intelligence and business automation, so I help pick simple tools and teach the team to use them every day.
Is it safe with online banking and eParaksts?
Yes — only you enter passwords and PIN codes, and I don’t see them. We also look at how to spot scammers, so you feel safer.
